We look for deals in real estate (Residential, Commercial, Pre-Sales & Acreage) which can generate a positive ROI. We will find, do the financial analysis and finally present a comparative study with the corresponding investment in stock market, mutual funds or ETF’s. The real estate market in lower mainland has been comparatively way more lucrative than in stocks or mutual funds. We in our group personally believe in this and apply this to our own investments.

We will present opportunities which we personally would invest in. We have knowledge of other financial options which we will use to do a comparative analysis. The final goal is grow your investment in the best way possible and create equity which will pay for itself.

The options are unlimited as you can go with –

• Residential Investment – Residential properties with revenue generation potential though offered price, neighbourhood zoning knowledge, monthly dividends through rental income or Airbnb rentals and underdeveloped properties. There is also huge potential in the Townhouses and Condo market due to unaffordability of detached properties. We are always on the lookout for pre-sales, deals and opportunities in this avenue.
• Commercial properties – This is an untapped avenue for a general investor. There is a huge potential in commercial properties even if you don’t want to get involved in day to day functioning. Commercial spaces for lease can generate even higher returns than residential properties. Also, if you decide to switch your career and are just on a lookout for business i.e. gas station, a franchise, a shop in the mall or opening a new business – we are always looking for opportunities in that avenue.
• Acreage or land investment – This is a third avenue of real estate which has a substantial opportunity if bought at the right time and place. We are on the lookout for new land developments (still in process of being serviced), acreage sales, big lots for houses and finally land available at price which we can foresee opportunity.
