Land Investment

 

This is an afterthought of a normal investor who believes undeveloped land is something for a developer or someone who can create a tangible structure on it for it to appreciate. This is NOT true as bare land can appreciate substantially if bought at the right location and right time. Also, there is no depreciation, house taxes and extra maintenance costs which takes a huge chunk of capital out of tangible properties.

 

    • We look for lands in urban, rural and agricultural areas.
    • We look for lands in new developments which include pre sales, new development or lots which are still in process of being serviced.
